I mean, seriously. Are they lacking something that tells them that appearing as a disheveled, neurotic, foul-mouthed idiotic drunken has-been on shows that are pretty much cultural shorthand for "PATHETIC LOSER"?
Do they really crave attention SO much that they give up their dignity for it?
I mean, Chris Knight, FINALLY lives down being Peter Brady, gets a career going as a computer guy, get his business going, stops being the butt of jokes...what does he do? after 25 years out of the spotlight, he shows up on "The Surreal Life", pretty much TV career suicide, then goes on to do ANOTHER reality show, where he looks like a psych control freak....WHY????
Why do these people do tthis this?
Is it a compulsion or mental defect?
Are they literally ADDICTED to attention, no matter what kind?

I know what you mean...what's up with Bronsan Pinchot? He's a neurotic mess....I think the reason why they get into the acting business in the first place is because they crave attention.

LOL This question was pretty funny. I have wondered the same thing. How humiliating to be a star then be nothing, then get approached for a reality show. Not sure if I could do it, but I might be desperate enough...

I think it is probably you who has some sort of psychotic disorder Perhaps you were excluded from play when you were a child as you cant seem to help yourself . You are obsessed with the behaviour or others . Maybe you have had no life of your own ,or your mother did not love you .
It is possible you are a closet homosexual . who hides his failing to meet societies expectations by concerning yourself with the lives and issues of others
