The best time of my life is NOW. It always was, & will always be the "now." Retrospection of the past is often convoluted, good or bad, but it's all a wash, really, if you like who you are in the PRESENT & live the life you choose.

Teens, because you're young, energetic, and have less responsibilities to worry about. In your 20's you have the stress of living on your own and having established a career choice you're going to like for along time! In your 30's if you're single you stress over dating and being lonely since everyone else around your age is married with children and if you're married you stress over married life and if you can afford children. And after your 40's you start worrying about your health and aging. And any age after that you might look great and young but there's no way you feel like you did when you were 15!

BTW i'm only 27:)

I'm 23 and I don't think my teen years were the best. Teen harmones and angst, I'll pass. My best years were 4 - 8. Nothing like being a kid. Not a care in the world except not missing your favorite cartoon. Candy and toys made the world go round. Playing with barbies and dollies. Forcing the boy next door to play house. Looking at books and having them read to you. Getting hold of a pixie stick and driving your mom nuts. Having stupid spats with your friends because she called you a poo poo head.
Life was great!
The sad thing is as a kid you also can't wait to grow up. So it's sad when some kids grow up to fast. Life is to short to waste the only childhood they will ever get.

My childhood was fairly miserable; I used to envy adults their freedom to drink, drive, spend their money how they liked and so on. Then, when I became a teenager and could do these things, life became more pleasant and I pitied adults because they were closer to the Grim Reaper than me. Now I'm 58 and mostly life seems good. You don't worry about unimportant things like your appearance and what others think of you. Mind you, that's just me. I've achieved most of my modest ambitions. If I'd missed out on the things I wanted to do like travel, get an education, wife, kids, my own home, I'd be bitter. When I was younger, I worried that I'd fail at university, fail to meet a nice girl, and so on. I'd sooner be over 40 than younger.

The very best time in a person's life (if in a good home) is when you are a young child as you have no big worries usually.

I think mid to late thirties is great because by then you've martured enough and experienced enough out of life that you lose your inhibitions and do your thing.

The teens. No major responsibilities. The only concern is having fun. My teen era was great.
So far, the 20's are trying to figure out who I am and where I am headed.
I hope my 30's will be much better.

I've always believed age is irrelevant. You are only as old/young as you feel. I am 42, I can still go out now and have just as much fun as I did 15 or 20 years ago.
