Most people travel in "the same circles" because its their comfort zone. Such as meeting the "friends of friends" because they know who their friends are and what kind of people they like to hang around, therefore they figure they will like them too! Goths do it, almost everyone does, that's why we have the saying, "birds of a feather, flock together."

If you mean do my husband and I hang out with people that have the same likes and dislikes that we do, well yes. I think everyone hangs out with people that enjoy doing and seeing the same as them. We have a Harley and hang out with our Harley riding friends. No we are not "bikers" with the nasty hair, stinky unwashed clothes and the like, we are middle class people with government jobs who hang with people who do the same things we do. Its human nature to hang with like-minded people.
