no but it's not very good as far as hygiene. the clothing you wear outside should have a barrier from the germs! Panties are used as a barrier against other things that can get into your clothes! say like sitting down on a bench outside! you open yourself up to MANY different types of germs and diseases! in one situation I took some samples from a public seat in the park and what was found would make you thorw up! I found feces, different types of semen, 1 STD, and urine! All those things hold microorganisms and they can catch onto your clothing. all they need to start up is some type of heat or moisture and your body is a feast they been waiting for! So please wear underwear girls there is too much out there!

I don't think it sleazy but definitely unsafe. One person said it the best. Your underwear is a barrier between you and all kinds of nasty germs that lurk everywhere. Besides you can spare yourself the embarassment if you fall wearing a skirt or if your period starts suddenly.

I don't think so, but I would be worried about certain things like yeast infections and UTI's if a girl wasn't being protected in pants and jeans. I think the girl would have to do what is right for her body...Besides the only way people would know is if she said something or if she was wearing a skirt and people saw.

Yes, there is no exception, there is every style and kind of underwear available to be used in any occasion. ( skirts hot pants, jeans, etc)
Theres no excuse for not wearing underwear, Not wearing it is skanky.

I won't go commando (without) undies outside because I feel so self concious. But I think it's fine for other ladies as long as they are comfortable with it and aren't showing off too much. Go ahead.

i dont think so.... unless she is wearing no panties to show ppl her goods. thats nasty. but if she has like pants on and wears no drawers.... aint nothing wrong with it...
