Their face and hair and then the body but none of this means much unless they are also a nice person.

Gravity apparently. My science teacher told me that gravity acts as an invisible force between two beings and draws them together.
I personally think that subconciously it's my hormones, gene detector and love of body heat (to keep warm and feel loved!) but consciously I tell myself it's their personality traits such as their values, humour and intelligence. Now all I need to do is perfect my judgement and I'll be attracted to people who really have all of those things, and not just the ones that I THINK have those things!

I am attracted by intelligent persons with sense of humor. I like people who read and with whom I can talk.
But if we are talking about physical appearance that would be eyes, hands and haircut. (and a*s, but don't tell anyone)
