the constitution was written for the people. There is no age requirement. If your child has their money forcefully taken away from them this is theft, no matter the age. Now States have different ages in which they will try a child as an adult, however all crimes dispute the age of the offender are considered the same. If the theft were for example a child taking away 100 or more dollars from another child this would be a felony. The constitution and all constitutional rights are not age restrictive document.

Because they give into bullies. Many nations of the world have come to recognize that George Bush is a bully, and that their only defense against the world's newest 'evil empire' might be their own nuclear weapons of mass destruction. It's no wonder most of the world hates the United States. Bush has taken too many kids' lunch money, all so that he and his oil-drenched buddies can continue to feed America's addiction on OIL.

Well, I haven't heard that one.. I guess the idea is supposed to illict people to vote for the protection of their constitutional rights and not be "bullied" into just letting those things go an Americans. I can agree with that.
