Instead of H. Clinton being the first woman president, this happens: N. korea or Pakistan develop and sell a suitcase size Nuclear weapon to Al Qaeda. They smuggle it into Canada and fly it to washington D.C. where the "suicider" pilot detonates it destroying much of the Capitol. The President and Vice President are killed. Nancy Pelosi becomes President. Yes the world situation seems this bad!

They no longer have a need to. the Nazis that were in power are now gone. The threat to their country is over. They can use those resources on themselves now.
