On July 20, Commander Neil Armstrong and Lunar Module Pilot Edwin 'Buzz' Aldrin became the first humans to land on the Moon, while Command Module Pilot Michael Collins orbited above (Apollow 11)

I can't recall that a dog was sent but at least you have names of the humans that landed.
