There is too many too name throughout History, but ill name a few, Ceasar, Napoleon, Mussolini, Lennin, Stalin, Nassar, Santa Anna, the Ayatollah Khomeni, Saddam Hussein, the Assad's of Syria, Cromwell, Fransisco Franco, and Mao Zedong, just to name a few.
If I had to give just one example, I would say Stalin, Stalin siezed power before his rival Trotsky did, after Lennin became a vegetable, and then Stalin committed attrocities that dwarfed Hitlers, though you dont hear about them as much.
