What if you told one of your best friends a secret that you didn't want anyone else to know and then one day your friend accidentally said something to everybody and knowbody liked you anymore and looked at you differently. What would you do?

A seceret is meant to be kept that is one thing friends should be able to do it's a trust thing also. This has honestly happened to me a few times one was my best friend I haven't spoken with her in so long I do miss her, but I also gave her two chances and she broke both of them. My new best friend did tell something she may have felt that I wouldn't mind and the x bestfriend and her whole family sat around their thanksgiving dinner talking crap about me when they are no where better than anybody.. Karma came around to the dinner talkers, and I spoke with the new friend and let her know what was up and that she was wrong, betrayed our friendship, and it would take a while for me to tell her anything or trust her anymore...

This happened to my friend. It's a toughie, but you'll get through with it. These kind of things last for a week or so, mostly. Just say that you are sorry, and if they are really your friends, then they will forgive you. Good luck!

You just have to move on and learn from it, some secrets need to be kept and NOT shared, it probably is not as bad as you think and it too will pass, we have all been down this road before believe me!!!!!!!!!!

the question is how bad do you feel for telling your seceret, it certianly wasnt a seceret anymore after you told someone , but this chick did betray your trust and I would cut her out of my life for good ......

What can you do. If you don't want it told, don't tell it. I know someone out there likes you. Unless they are all saints, i would not worry about it.

I would totally change. I would get new clothes, new personality, new friends, etc.
But hopefully this would never happen. Hopefully it will never happen to you either.
