are israeli jews neo nazi's?, in the sense that they are oppressing the palistinian people through bombing, shooting, 30-50 foot concrete walls, claiming land that argumentatively isn't theirs? look at the berlin wall. no one questions what they do, apart from hamas. and then a whole country gets bombed. some one please explain.

good answer jason h. are you saying this is part of the so called global fight against terrorism? does each side need to allow and recognise each other? even with the U.S being deeply involved, funding and supplying Israel.

adam, i quote:
The Palestinians were the unwelcome (think of them as most people in North America do Mexican Illegals)
most people in N.America are imigrants of some origin. what you say could be interpreted as; they were booted off their land, only for their past to be forgotten by the settlers, their nearest relatives becoming intruders.

Why are people using bible quotes? That is neither here nor there. At the end of the day the only reason the Palestinians are fighting back is because they are being oppressed. I believe the terrorist state of Israel have no intention to ever allow a Palestinian state to exist. They have built dozens of Jewish only settlements all over the west bank. These are in places that are strategically important to Israel, like places of a higher altitude and near water reserves. FACT: Three million Palestinians are allowed to use 250 million cubic meters of water per annum (83 cubic meters for each Palestinian per year) while six million Israelis enjoy the use of 2.0 billion cubic meters (333 cubic meter for each Israeli per year), which means that one Israeli consumes as much water as do four Palestinians.xii Each Israeli settler is allocated 1450 cubic meters per year.
There is Also an intricate network of JEWISH ONLY roads that connect all these settlements with each other and back to Israel. The road system is a matrix of oppression, cutting Palestinian towns off from other Palestinian towns. The 'security barrier' has the same effect, Have you noticed that not one inch of Israeli land has the wall on it, for the most part the barrier has been built in Palestinian occupied territory, a land grab. Remember: this is an ILLEGAL OCCUPATION. Why have so many forgotten that?
One should not the sheer racist nature of the Israeli. Any Arab will automatically have a lesser quality of life than a Jew. Simple as that. Your right, the Israelis are a bunch of neo Nazis, made much worse simply because the Jewish people were slaughtered by the Nazis and they have become the exact same thing as result.

All i say is beack in 1948 Israel was marshland, tel aviv was nothing but dirt. The jews arrived and were welcomed by the palestinians because they came with money and gold and ideas. People dont know that fact. Israel is the only democracy in the middle east. The Israelis dont want to live in a country full of oppressions and walls etc but have no choice cos they had years of systematic terrorism. The problem is Israel has the worst PR in the world cos they are a nation of proud people who, having been abused thru history, tend not to let the media know about the constant threat and attacks that have happened to them from the palestians over the many number of years. The steps they take is only to ensure their safety. The western world is terrified now of terrorists since 9/11 but israel has had this problem for years. The steps they have taken is only an advancement to what any western person would do considering the terrorism. Israel would like nothing more than to live in peace. They dont want the constant battles etc but have no choice! Whatever you give the palestians they would not be happy. Why cant be people see that. Its like trying to convince Bin Laden that he's wrong.. it just cant be done. EXAMPLE May 24th 2000 Israel pulled out of Lebanon, all troops out etc....and what happens... Hizbullah just moved forward and spent the last 5 years throwing bombs at Israel. The media doesnt report this but only when things kicked off earlier this year do Israel get a hard time cos they bombed Lebenon. FFS When will people realise you cant make these arabs happy! Give them anything and theyll still want to make war!

Here you see Isreal has a difficult dilemma. There are various terrorist Palestinian groups that kill Isreali's all the time. Isreal has tried a few different strategies. This is where you will see why they act the way they do. They have tried 'appeasement', giving the Palestinians land, etc, but the problem is the Palestinians want it all, and they will keep fighting until they get Jerusalem and well really everything they want. When Isreal gives them stuff, like land, it only makes things worse. This is why Isreal built their version of a 'berlin wall' to wall off the land they gave them, because now the Palestinians fire rockets etc and amass more weapons because of the increased strategic position they gained from Isreal's appeasement. If you look back, anytime Isreal does anything 'nice', they pay dearly for it. The Palestinians use it agaisnt them and the violence certainly does not decrease. So Isreal is back to its age old policy, blow the heck out of them until they leave us alone. Isreal is waging a war on terrorists. Herein is the problem. As we've all learned, in any such a war, many innocent people die, because how do you surgically target a terrorist? you can't, you just have to kill everyone in an area that there are terrorists. Should Isreal just stop attacking everyone, lol Isreal would cease to exist in a matter of days if they did that. Many Isrealis and Palestinians want peace and many even want to live together in peace. But it is the radicals, which I think exist on both sides, which perpetuate the problem and make it so there is no solution. Unless you have one, but keep in mind this problem has not been solved for allot longer than just 50 years.... lol this war is really the longest war in human history, some roots going back thousands of years.

First off, NO ONE took anything from the Palestinians. Otherwise the U.N. would not have allowed the Israeli's to form their Nation way back! The Palestinians were the unwelcome (think of them as most people in North America do Mexican Illegals). In their part of the world at THAT TIME the Middle Eastern countries had no love or use for Palestinians! It was ONLY WHEN ISRAEL moved in that anyone even thought of them as more than trash. So, please don't act like they ripped land away from the Palestinians, they didn't.
They are not oppressing the Palestinians, they are protecting their borders, pure and simple. They wish they didn't need walls, razor wire and other things, but they prove necessary to suicide bombers. When you can't get on a public bus without WORRYING ABOUT WHETHER YOU WILL EVER SEE YOUR FAMILY, its time to start taking action!
"and then a whole country gets bombed" this is because hamas (a KNOWN terrorist agency CAME INTO ISRAEL PRIME AS A COUNTRY, attacked them, kidnapped their soldiers and took them back into Lebanon! So, yes, Israel was justified to attack Lebanon, because Lebanon not only allows Hamas to live there they invite them. By doing this they are just as guilty as Hamas by default. When the Twin Towers fell on 9/11, President Bush declared in a speech, "any nation, harboring Terrorists will be considered a Terrorist Nation and will be treated accordingly." Therefore, Lebanon is now a Terrorist Nation and should be treated so, with all the armed force necessary.
The U.S. considers (at least its people do) Israel to be almost a "sister" country and will always support them and to a great extent any decision they make. Personally, I believe we have no right to imprison anyone that is caught spying on America for Israel, after all, they are on the same side and won't try to bomb us or try to use the information for "evil." I say more power to them and wish them well.
When Hamas wants peace, all they have to do is disarm and go to the U.N. for peace negotiations. The world will be watching to make sure Israel behaves then.

I think that it isn't helpful to use descriptors like Neo Nazi. It will mean different things to different people and is really more of a playground taunt than it is a enlightening remark.
Many of us who have been lifetime supporters of Israel were appalled by their attack on Lebanon this year. But, ghastly though it was, it was a military attack based on military criteria. The Nazis pursued not only an expansionist foreign policy (to coin a phrase!) but were also following a vile and racist ideology. Whatever you may say about Israel she is not driven by such an ideology, and the country is that rare thing in the region a democracy.

No, Isrealis are not neo-nazis in a sense, but with the building with the wall etc, those happened with Ariel Sharon being their political head of state and earlier in Ariel Sharon's career, he was know for doing extreme things and it's because of his character and possible prejudicial attitude which ruined many aspects of Israel and Israelis are mainly good people.

I know people use the word Nazi. . .but the Nazis believed that the will of the nation could be expressed by one man (Ein Reich Ein Volk Ein Fuhrer - One country one people one leader) they also believed in the superiority of their race and that the Party could (and indeed tried) to provide everything.
So are the Israelis like this? I think not. There are similarities true in that they seem to regard Arabs as some kind of 'untermenschen' (under people)
treating them very badly, and they do seem to have a very high regard for their co-religionists, but they DO NOT subscribe to the central tenet of Nazi-ism, that of the embodiment of the people and the will of the people in one man.
So call them lots of things, say that in some ways they seem to mimic their former oppressors, but they are NOT Nazis.
Well I don't think so anyway.

because the US has a very powerful lobby called the jewish lobby that prevents the US on taking a hard stance against israel...second, Israel has a lot of firepower from US...so it can trash palestinian homes, bully them into submission and and treat them like crap.
-The muslims extremists are crazy alibaba terrorists that do things in the name of allah
-the israeli jews doing the counter-measures are crazy psychotic and paranoid maniacs hell-bent on treating their neighboors as inferiors to hold a peice of land they think is theirs (even though many other peoples have held it after they left---its the equivalent of italy saying england is theirs because the roman empire had it for some time a while back) due to an ordainment by moses and because they think they are some sort of chosen people.. they also think the land is somehow sacred to them. nutjobs or what? especially when you concider the anal probing they have had to go through...when they could have had another land that would have served them much better...
no bias here--- same goes for fanatical crazy bush and the terrorists.
The reason for the resentment and the hatred against america...
is that we recognize the first (alibaba terrorist)...but we do not recognize the injustice of the second (the crazy maniac fanatic who treats neighboor like trash)..
this is due to (1) israeli powerful lobby (2) western biased media.
thus making up our (3) biased foreign policy toward Israel, which in turn causes (4), resentment toward America due to this (5) unfairness..and then...(6) muslim extremist reaction in the form of terrorist attack..forming a circular vicious cycle.
So, maybe the solution isn't to support Israel unconditionally and biasedly because muslims hate us...but (7) to instead, diffuse the whole situation by acknoledging the human rights violations of both sides, and subsiding the muslim hatred toward us due to the perceived (5) unfairness.
And then we can support Israel, as we always have...but with some conditions...beause its obviously not in our interests to support them unfairly only to have resentment and hatred by muslims that come back to haunt us in the form of (6) terrorist attacks.
