you can contact some of the trucking companies and they will perhaps hire you but you must have a good work history and pretty much a clean criminal record. some will hire right out of schools ,they will train you then give you your own big truck but let me warn you you want be able to go home as often as you would like.you could have gotten the state in where you leave to pay for your schooling there are programs out there that would have paid for everything, its through the employment office that's how I got my cdl.contact the trucking companies you can pick up a booklet at a truck stop if u live near one. or you can contact driving jobs.com for trucking companies. good luck too yoo

I don't know where you live, but the housing market in Florida sucks right now so heavy equipment and construction supply delivery drivers are not hiring. Maybe you can check out a mail contractor. I hauled mail for a year and it's easy. Not all companies require 2 years experience. If they need drivers and you can pass the driving test, go for it. Maybe try your local concrete company. Driving a mixer is easy and they will train you. Good luck!

Contact your chamber of commerce for a directory of businesses in your area. The directory will list # of employees and tell you their industry. T

he smaller outfits are more likely to consider you at entry level. If they have no openings, be sure to ask if they could give you a referral to someone who may be hiring.

Generally, in the heavy equipment industry everyone knows everyone else. It's worth a shot. Good luck

No one wants to hire anyone without experience that is the trick, so find someone who can give you a false job reference. There are plenty of tractor trailer outfits wanting to hire drivers, since you laready have your "A" there is no point messing with bus driving. I would suggest trying your local highway departments because being a female they will be pressured to hire you.
