I've got my period, and i'm going swimming tomorrow. The problem is; my period is almost over. So is it okay to use a tampon on the 6th day of your period? 'Cause I think i might have some spotting&such, even though it's on my 6th day.
Thanks =)

I completely get the place you're coming from - I HATE pads, i think of they're gross and that they make me sense disgusting - tampons are lots extra sanitary. there is an exceedingly stable answer right here, yet I additionally % to declare, that I used tampons all however my teenage years - for some years in the previous I had intercourse for the 1st time, and my hymen replaced into nonetheless intact, and that i bled. it somewhat is fairly no longer likely that utilising tampons might tear your hymen, as they're very tiny and that they hymen does no longer thoroughly conceal your hoo-ha, yet somewhat has a hollow it in to allow for menstration, and the tampon is sufficiently small to extra wholesome however this without tearing the hymen...in case you somewhat have one, because of the fact some ladies are born without, or they could be torn throughout activities, etc.

Yes, it's okay to wear a tampon on the last day of your period. After all, you're still having it. Be sure it's the lightest one though (Regular).
I always wear a Regular on the last day of my period - which is spotting. My spotting is too much for a pantyliner.

As long as you remove the last tampon you put in, its fine to wear one almost anytime you think you need the protection.
You might get tampons meant for light days (like a regular or slender) instead of the ones for heavier days.

Yes, wear a fresh tampon, but when you are in water your flow stops until you get out of the water
