Now i know there's probably not too many aussies out there at this time of day, but anyway. I'd like your opinions on who you think the best Australian songwriters of all time are. I've got a top five here to start us off. Let me know what you think of them in your answer.

1. Don Walker
2. Paul Kelly
3. Shane Howard
4. Angus and Malcolm Young
5. Andrew Farris and Michael Hutchence.

Of those five, I'd say Paul Kelly, followed by Don Walker. Let's not forget the very underrated Richard Clapton (no relation to Eric), Vanda & Young, Mark Seymour, and Neil Finn (OK, he's a Kiwi, but we claim everything else as our own, so why not him?)

I liked Kuepper-Bailey of The Saints better! INXS were good but the Young brothers were limited in their songwriting ability
