I got this out of the Manual of Esoteric Kristian Rites.
Invoke God the Father
Light a black candle while saying the following prayer, feeling Father God's presence "arrive" while doing so:
"Our Father, who art in heaven, your name is Holy. May your kingdom come and your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us for our mistakes as we forgive those who have abused us. Save us from the time of trial and deliver us from evil. You have the kingdom, the glory, and the power, forever and ever. Amen."
Invoke God the Mother
Light a white candle while saying the following prayer, feeling Mother God's presence come while doing so:
"Our Mother who art in Earth, hallowed, respected, joyful thy name. Thy holy realm is already come. Thy will awaits us to be done. Give us this day the strength to love, to be the lion and the dove. Forgive us as we tread your flowers, ignoring duties that are ours. Lead us from annihilation, to celebrate all creation. For we share in the life, the power, and the glory forever and ever. Amen."

Real Estate Dawn's answer sounds the closest. The first one you quoted sounds like the Lord's Prayer where he is teaching his disciples how to pray. It is actually in the Bible.
Our Father, which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name. (give glory to God first)
Thy kingdom come. (Pray for the return of Christ)
Thy will be done, (Ask that God's will be done.)
in earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread. (Teach us from the Bible)
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive them that trespass against us. (Ask forgiveness)
And lead us not into temptation;
But deliver us from evil: (Ask for temptations to be taken away)
[For thine is the kingdom, The power, and the glory,
For ever and ever.] (Give glory to God)
Amen. (Amen = So let it be)
Matthew 6:9-13

The second "Our Mother who art on Earth" sounds more like a prayer to Mary, the mother of Jesus.

Our Father in heaven, holy be your name;
your kingdom come; your will be done on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us.
Do not bring us to the test, but deliver us from evil.
or could it be this one?
AFFIRMING THE GODDESS
Our Mother, the Earth
Sacred and perfect am I
My vision come
My will be done
Don't give . . . I own . . .
I choose to forgive--or curse
temptation? I form my own values
There is no sin or evil
Mine is the power
Nothing is permanent or absolute

I did a search and found the following:
Our mother, who art in earth,
Hallowed be thy heart.
Thy healing come,
Wholeness be done,
In us, as it is beyond.
Today we give our daily joy,
And forgive ourselves as we accept you.
We kneel to thee, earth Mother,
To thy higher self, my other
For ours is the freedom,
And the wonder,
And the love.
Now, now,
Now, now, now.
A le lu ya.
* Maybe this might be of some help.
