Cramping is a definate sign of pregnancy. I had nagging cramping from ovulation through to 3 months pregnant! My friend knew she was pregnant when she has the same cramping, with no period symptoms that I had. If the cramps subside if you move around or if they come and go throughout the day, or are accompanied by back pain, chances are you are pregnant. My doctor said it was normal implantation cramps followed by the stretching of the uterus.

I was VERY regular before I got pregnant with my son. Every 28 days I started my period. On day number 31 I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I was cramping a little and my breast were sore.

Sounds more likely you are overly concerned about getting pregnant and that is causing cramping. Could be an ectopic pregnancy, however. Take a pregnancy test.

There are alot of things that can affect your cycle. Emotional stress, certain medications, your diet, and exercise are just a few of them. I say give it a week and if you haven't started yet, buy a home pregnancy test. I would recommend E.P.T. They are over 99% accurate.

In your situation, I'd definitely take a test; however, most women *lack* cramping when they are pregnant, as this is essentially a contraction (however minor) of the uterus.

Wait a bit, it would be hard to tell cause it's only been 3 days late... if you are unsure then take a blood test...
