There is a song that I downloaded called Angel of Mine by Evanescence. The album said that it was on the album, The Open Door, but when I went to check to see if it was on that album, it wasn't. Please tell me the album that this song is on.

Hey there... we're somewhat in the same boat... but then, I found out that Angel of mine is not an evanescence song... In one site (i forgot which), Amy Lee states that she never even heard of that song... It's a lovely song though... I once posted a question here asking who sang that song actually, but unfortunately i got no reply...
So, don't go wasting your sweat searching which album its on because it's not an evanescence song...

That song has always been one of my all time favorites. I liked the original version, sung by Bobby Helms, in 1957. He also had the hit song, "Jingle Bell Rock." For those who believe in angels, they know that each & everyone of us has our very own "Guardian Angel" here on earth. Maybe two! 0:) 0:) **Getting back to the song. I recently read about a lady, who sang "You Are My Special Angel" to her first born daughter daily,when she was a baby. For her daughter's "Sweet 16" birthday, she played the original song for her daughter as she entered the roomful of party guests. The mother said there wasn't a dry eye in the room, including hers. I'll bet** 0:)

YUP! I remember that song. I connect it with an old boyfriend of mine when I was much, much younger. I believe our "special angel" comes in different sizes and different genders. It does not have to be our husband, wife, son, daughter, friend, but most times it is. My special angel is one of those I have just mentioned and I am not going to say which, in case I offend the others.

I don't know if Evanescene has a song named Angle of Mine. I believe it was originally a Monica song, but there is another band that re-recorded their own version of it. Their name is: Eternal. Try that instead.
