You could have low blood pressure or low blood sugar. I've heard that females tend to experience this more. I think it can also be a sign of anemia. I've found that after I take certain medicines (which I now avoid), the dizzy spells get worse. If you experience these dizzy spells very often, you need to see your doctor. It is possible to pass out from them. I was told that whenever I have a dizzy spell, I should lay flat on the floor until it passes. If you experience them after you've stood up, try getting up a little slower to allow better blood flow to your brain.

It is probably because your brain is not getting enough oxygen. Troubled breathing could be a cause. Blood may also have a hard time reaching the brain.
I don't know about feeling light headed and blacking out, but loss of balance can be caused when there is damage to a cranial nerve, specifically cranial nerve 8.

It means that your brain is not getting enough oxygen, and that you are fainting and passing out.
It can be caused by low blood pressure or chemical imbalances and probably 1,465 other problems.
If it happens several times then it's time to check with qualified medical personnel.

It could be a sign of low blood pressure. Try drinking plenty of water that usually helps me. Go to a doctor and have it checked out.

I get that all the time! I call them my own personal roller coaster rides. I'm hypoglycemic and I have low blood pressure, but I think my dizzy spells are mostly due to the hypoglycemia (aka low blood sugar, it's kinda like diabetes but isn't).

Many different things could be going on. From your sugar being to low, to your blood pressure, to being dehydrated. Have you been ill? Vomiting? Head injury? Need much more information!

why it happens? ( i hope thats what you mean).... well, i think its caused by not eating or drinking anything all day and nothing at night... The next morning maybe if you dont have breakfast then that could happen.... Maybe even the same day you dont eat anything or drink anything... It should depend on how strong your body is and how old you are.... I dont know maybe thats the case!
