Amen,,, I agree with you,, I have never smoked, but I don't think it is fair what they are doing to the people who smoke. That is their choice and right to smoke. But their rights have been removed.

MMMM....well.....probably for the same reason those that want to spit in others faces don't have the same "rights" as those that don't.
It's not the spit itself it's the spitting in an others face that's the problem, just like I don't want your smoke in my lungs, but, I could care less if you smoke or even if those around you are OK with your smoking then by all means go ahead, it's when smokers take that right away from me and basically say I'm OK with smoking so you have to be OK with inhaling my smoke.

because smokers by smoking violate non-smokers' right to a clean environment, which they are entitled to. So the smokers should be deprived of their right to smoke. Which is a "right" and not "rights", are there other things that smokers are not allow to do?

Because it's not just about YOU smoking. If you are smoking in an area that doesn't allow it you are taking away the rights of people who prefer not to pollute their lungs. Think of it this way, someone goes to the store buys rat poison and mixes it in a person's drink which could make them sick and with enough of it kill them. Rat poison by it's self it's not against the law. However forcing it upon someone who doesn't want it in their body is. Smoking is no different. It's your choice to inhale something that could make you sick or die. However it's not your choice to make someone else inhale it.

Coz smokers are polluting the air we breath and that is so unfair..in fact, smokers should be punished ...but I mean for real...
Any way...they do after all then u guys get sick...

smokers are dying 10 times faster than any other group let up on them ,stop discriminating against us its really killing us

because smokers "kill" others. second-hand smoke. oh well, i'd rather die smoking a cigg than another killing me with his second-had smoke.
now unless your talking about weed, non-smokers are just jelouse of those who smoke the buda.
