I would suggest looking at yourself and your relationship and figuring out what got you to drift apart in the first place. Obviously if you've been together for 3-4 years, there's something there and it's more than just sex (be it good or bad)! Why don't you like him touching you and kissing you?? Did something happen, with him or another, that has made you draw away from him and touching?? Is it just that you feel as though you're not good enough for him, or not pretty enough to yourself??
Talk to a good friend or even him and try to figure it out. If you still love him, which you must if you're wanting to get the spark back, then think back to what first attracted you to him and what you used to love and see if you can't find a way to get that back.
Good luck.

I tend to think the problem is not just the sex. Although it too can become the problem if either one is not interested. Look at the whole relationship for the problen that started the lack of feelings.
