C usually...if its going to be an expense....other times it less than 3.

As far as having to arrange time off work (hubby) ... C ...3-6 months.
In regards to where we go, what we do, etc ... that is usually as we go. Often we will make general plans about direction of travel, but even then, more often than not .. we don't stick to it, lol!
We usually go in our RV.
