Tuna won't really do the trick because fish is not fattening. You could try giving her a little heavy cream (not too much, just a few ounces/day) or maybe some beef fat for a small treat. Generally, just keep feeding her the same dry food and maybe two cans of canned food/day. But understand that she will probably fatten up all on her own in the near future. As long as she appears healthy and the vet gives her the all clear, then she should be fine, despite being smaller than the other kittens.

Take her to the vet and have her thyroid checked. My cat had an overactive thyroid and was very thin. The vet gave me medication(one pill a day) that helped her put on weight. If she's healthy then ask the vet what to feed her to fatten her up. But don't get taken in by buying food from the vet. They will over charge you.

Kitten food is a great way to put weight on a cat, but I would recommend a higher end food as the cheaper foods are mostly grain meal and really dont do much for the animal.
Getting her fixed will pack on the pounds too.

Go to your vet, they'll know you're cat better than we do. Good luck with your kitty
Also only a little tuna fish is healthy at a time

Is she spayed? Both my cats blew up when they got fixed. If you really want to fatten her up give her kitten formula meant for kittens and nursing mothers. She'll love it and the extra calories will make her gain some weight fast.

Take you cat to the vet and have it dewormed. It will gain weight as soon as the parasites are gone. Have your cat checked for fleas as well, because they are the host for many problems.

Cat food made especially for kittens may fatten her up; one of my cats once got pretty chubby from eating kitten food.

Many puppies and kittens have parasites. They absorb the pets nutrients from its intestinal tract. Have your veterinarian chack her for parasites and deworm her. Could be the whole problem.
