The hormones released from the neurohyophysis or posterior pituitary gland are 1) oxytocin and 2) antidiuretic hormone.
Alcohol impedes the release of these, since it is a central nervous system depressant.
The decreased release of oxytocin is what is responsible for the delay to orgasm. The decreased release of ADH is what is responsible for why you pee out the free water, and thus become dehydrated, rather than over hydrated when you drink alcoholic drinks.

Alcohol is a depressant, it "numbs" the nerves in the penis so that it isn't as sensitive. If you drink too much you won't have an orgasm during sex after drinking.
