if you are wanting to speed up the speed in which the song plays like in that vid then you will need a audio editing program and just edit the MP3 for the song you want and turn up the playing speed and save your new audio file as a different name as to not overwrite the original. then make your vid like normal.

Yeah, like the man said, better Internet connection. I seriously hope you're not dialup. If so, you need to look into DSL or getting Comcast and a cable modem. Call Comcast and have the technician come and set you up. Don't let him leave until your're flying.
Also, just in case you don't have a lot of RAM, think about purchasing 1 GIG of RAM too.
