If I were single I'd act on them; some things only come along once. But I suppose I have to let them go this time, because if I don't then I'll drive myself mad, as my heart tends to follow its own path. My best friend is who he is for a reason, and I wouldn't trade his friendship for anything in the world. I'm blessed to know him at all :)

I let them go, for I simply have no other choice. Can you imagine what it is like to find a person that is your twin, in almost every way? Yet there is nothing you can do about it....I have come to the realization that there is nothing I can do but love her for who she is, and respect her place in life. That right there is a beautiful discovery, and one I wouldn't change for the world.

when having feelings for your best friend, you should let them go because chances are you'll lose that friend. just keep your thoughts to yourself and wait on a sign of some sort from them first. if its meant to be, they'll show some signs, trust me. this is just my opinion....i've been there before.

That's up to you. I did that once and when things went sour and we broke up we could never go back to being friends and that was the hardest part and i missed him alot.
