if she had nothing to eat all day and had just a sip of alcohol, her alcohol level-especially on an empty stomach must have been high-paris not being well edcuated must of not thought of this and got behind the will-do you agree?

Just how the hell does her being "thin" make her any less guilty? Also just FYI, you do not have to be "legally drunk" (.08) to be arrested. DUI simply means Driving Under the Influence (alcohol or illegal/prescription drugs). If the officer determines you are a danger to yourself or others and may not be able to safely care for your own well being........you can be arrested.
Celebs get off the hook way to often. They should all be treated as you and I would be treated.....no better, no worse.

No i dont agree. She has been drinking for years. She knows her limits. It's irresponsible of her to get behind the wheel of a car after a night of drinking. and i do believe it was a night of drinking. one sip??, please. why do they all think we are so stupid?
