Paper route. Didnt get paid enough to remember how much I got paid. Definitely wasnt worth getting up every single morning for.

My first real job was a student assistant in the financial aid department at my college. It paid around $6.00 an hour, plus only state and local taxes were taken out because of it's status as a student job. It was like making the equivenlent of $6.20 or something like that.

When I first started working I was 15 years old. I was working at a small nursing home as a cook. I would be there for breakfast and lunch. I actually loved the people there too. They would even call me on my days off to come in and cook for them! My pay was a whopping $1.25 an hour. But at that time....it was alot of money. Weird, hey?
