spend time together and enjoy each others company. unless you two are deep in love already dont pour on the emotions too much in a song or you will freak her out. be sweet, not to dramatic.

Believe in how you feel about what you write in your music. In this case , not knowing what your first verse contains , I dont want to repeat what you stated in the first ... So ,heres some things "romantic" that a man should do . Look in her eyes , share her thoughts with questions about how she feels . Help her , be her friend . Know in your heart that you do anything to help her : I even once promised to her: "Id take a bullet for you." Radical ? Weve been in love a long time ... Then flowers , obviously thats been around since the first 'relationship' ... Tell her how you feel . Doing something romantic doesnt always involve a "thing".Opening doors obviously , all the normal , but what makes her special to you , is the most romantic of all .One last thing , its from "Bronx story "...You unlock your car door for her , open it , she gets in . Your door is still locked , if she reaches across and unlocks your door , man shes a real sweetheart ... these days youve got remote car door openers so that doesnt apply ... its the action , thats what romance is . When I write music ,I let the lyrics come ... Sometimes they dont , the more you push for them the harder they seem to find . Think about her ... Hope I helped , good luck .

Depends on how far along you are in the relationship and how far you want to go. Start with a comment on the environment. Respond in the direction of her interests. Now you are on the way. Walk with her. Make upbeat conversation. Express the desire to meet again. The ultimate cincher after mutual interest is assured: I love you. I need you. I can't live without you. Good luck! Be careful with the song. She might not like your voice or the lyrics.

A song is definitely NOT the answer. Try something more original. Something from the heart. Writing a song is too cliche` and its been done too many times. She would be just as happy if you just played and not sang a single note. That is genuine. Play for her, play your heart out. Just don't serenade. You have to wait for the perfect moment. Have you ever heard of instrumental? Use ambience as your background.

Give her flowers and write her a little note. Thats what i get and i love them. We have a long distance relationship and those notes just help remind me of what we have and how we feel for each other. Another thing u can do is find a song that u like and sing it to her, my bf sung me a Dashboard Confessional song (Hands Down) and i was bawling cause it was so sweet.

Oh man when I first read you question just the black part my first thought in my head was to not seranade her. So I still that stands. Also because of this I dont think I could help you with your lyrics.
I would have to say have a romantic dinner at your place, with dim lights candle preferably and soothing music in the background.

I once wrote a girl I really liked, a long, custom fairy tale in calligraphy. Took all day writing it down on a paper scroll.

Needless to say it made quite an impression. In fact, I married the girl & am still married to her today.

Well, that's really sweet, you writing a song and all. Just finish the song and sing it to her somewhere nice and romantic. =]

hmm just go be honest with it and finish the song, well if you have the time do watch ten things i hate about you and do what heath ledger did , with the band and all, it was really really sweet, shaming yourself, letting your guard down just for the girl
