Nina Simone did Feeling Good - Muse is a great cover - so I imagine the song, if it is a rap, have just added it as a sample. Loads of people have done this with this song so you may need to add more detail...

If it's not 'Feeling good" try 'Bird of prey'. I'm not really sure which artist you want, cos the song has been done over so many times. Bt try Fatboy slim.
