I am currentlty trying it out but at $30 a tube I want to hear a success story or get some ideas on what to try

Not sure how long it has been since you had your c-section. I have had one.. the scar goes away down to a little scratch. I used mederma on a different type of scar it really did not work for me.. give yourself time to heal.. you will barely be able to see it .

Try Vitamin E oil. Much cheaper & quite fantastic. Walmart sells small bottles of straight vitamin E oil(in vitamin section); or, you can buy the capsules, pop a hole in the end, and squeeze the oil onto the scar that way.
My scar is gone!

Never heard of the stuff and my Cesarean scar isn't that visible anymore anyways.

I don't know what to tell you to use. Mine completely went away on it's own.
