I'd stay away from it as it has a number of herbs that deal with hormones. If you want, you can take some of the herbs separately, The red raspberry leaf which is part of the formula is especially helpful during pregnancy. Also, should you start feeling nauseous, you can take ginger which will help. I'd stay away from the Black Cohosh and the Wild Yam and a couple others unless you have a naturopathic physician tell you that you should take them.
You can get Red Raspberry and Ginger at a health food store, and these are probably two of the best herbs during pregnancy. You can make a tea with one or two table-spoons of red raspberry, a thin slice of fresh ginger chopped fine. Let these steep for a while, add some honey to taste, and sip it. It will calm and sooth your stomach. You can make a larger batch, and keep it in the refrigerator to have some ready to heat (or drink cold if you like) in the morning. You can also flavor it with flavored Stevia, which is a no-calorie natural sweetener. It comes in a variety of flavors, such as orange and strawberry. Just be careful with it as a little goes a long way.
Hope this helps,
--Dee

Best thing to do is don’t do it till the dr says ok. This is because some herbs actually will induce labor and can cause a miscarriage. I used to drink lots of herbal tea and my dr told me to stop it now!
Best of luck and congrats

Ask you doctor instead. You are advised by the doctor not to take anything especially when you are first pregnant. This is when birth defects can happen as the fetus is forming. Please do not take anything without asking your doctor.
