How can I change my computer clock from a 24 clock?

First open your control panel.

Select date, time, and langauge options.

select the second option.

Under regional options, check cutomize.

Click the time tab.

On the time format drop down menu select hh:mm:ss tt.

Go to Control Panel In XP(switch to classic view)-> Regional Settings

In Time Tab select "Time format "
here h = 12 hours amd H = 24 hours.

Go to start -> Control Panel -> Regional & Language Options.

Select Regional Options Tab, Click "Customize" & Select "Time" Tab.

Select the the Time Format dropdown list and select h:mm:ss tt

Click "OK" -> OK

Done.
