She either likes you or is just a naturally helping person. The answer lies in how she treats other people. Does she do this with other people? Does she seem to go out of her way to help people?
If the answer is yes then she is really offering to help a person she feels could benefit from her help. If she doesn't go around doing that kind of thing, then she sorta likes you and doesn't know how to let you know.

I am going way out on a limb here but I think she simply wants to study and realizes that studying with a partner is an advantage in learning!
