In the grocery store, home depot and lowe's they sell ceramic cleaner made just for that...and it only takes a drop and works well.
If you have a large area, a natural cleaner is baking soda and white vinegar...bubbles and gets it very clean and does not scratch...using the scotchguard non-scratch scrubbies...or paper towels to mop it all up!

The site http://www.repairclinic.com/ has an article in their current pre-Thanksgiving issue that tells about using a scraper and a specific non-abrasive cleaner tp get your stove clean now. Try that one. If the info doesn't pop right up use their on-site search box.

They make ceramic top cleaner just for this purpose. It is available at Home Depot, just ask someone in the appliance department.
