Honestly, if you really have a good friendship then it should'nt matter who makes up or who says their sorry first!

Incase you did'nt know by now, friends are hard to come by. Lasting friendship is even harder to keep. So dont look back some day and wish you would have said something ,but did'nt...

If she/he is a real friend(person) then they will hold no grudges and certinally never think twice about who was first to speak...If they do then they are probably not worth the effort.
Otherwise go for it, what do you have to loose? A FRIEND! Think about it.

If you are both friends and you have a fight, I think that you should still be friends because you can forget about the fight later and be friends again.
