My cousin and I have been talkin on AOL often and everytime she leaves or i leave she says love you.. should i be saying love you back?

there is nothing wrong with saying "love you" to a family member, just keep in mind that this is not an intimate "love you"

not really, its not necessary to say i love you back to your cousin,it would seem awkward to some, you can just say ok take care, and things like that to avoid misinterpretation, you see youre cousin might just really really be a sweet person

Sure you should, that doesn't mean intimate love at all.
