my friend just got out of jail for a non voilent felony.eversince,all job aplications turned futile.what is he supose to do?
he is a changed person trying to make a descent living but look at what is happening to him?now he asks me,should i go to my old ways?how am i suppose to help him find a job?

I'd suggest doing something that will give him the opportunity to be self employed. Like being a Barber or Truck Driver. Yes, that means school, but for too long.
Or he could even try sales. Is he a people person? SEVERAL peopel make money doing things in sales, like insurance for example. Try www.aflacny.com. They are always looking for agents!
Help him by just being there & encouraging him.
