I wonder that about myself too.
I think its because people can be annoying, because bad things happen to good people and vice-versa, because life is unfair.
Or. It could be a hormonal imbalance or nutritional deficiency. Also when I don't get the chance to do any exercise, I get the proper sh*ts on.
