people want to spice up their lives and challenge themselves.... they like to make themselves feel proud of their accomplishments (not that theres anything wrong with that). I say different people have different amounts of adventure in their lives. Like: if ur a boring person u'll have a boring and very dull life. If youre exciting and like trying new things, opportunity and funn will come to u easily

Many people can not enjoy the simple moments in life. Watching the clouds move or a butterfly float around or play in a mud puddle.

I used to seek out adventure but my children have taught me to enjoy the smallest moments.

The adventurous times are still memorable but the thought of looking after kids wearing a full leg cast is not appealing. But getting a butterfly kiss at bedtime is bliss.

It's inherent in our species to explore. Passive exploration certainly happens,,,IE: the travel channel, etc.,,,BUT many of us,,,me included, enjoy taking a more assertive stance.

Maybe it's the meaning of the root word 'venture'.As in," to venture out."
