I can honestly say i haven't answered a question like this before, but i will try now, it sounds to me as if you have a bad infection of some kind, i do know when i was pregnant i got yeast infections, it didn't have a smell that i remember. But go to the doc and get some real advise an he can tell you what it is and give you medicine, when i was in school (not to sound gross) but this woman i went to school with she really stunk like dead fish or something, don't know what her problem was but i just wonder if she smelt it herself i know it was killing us. lots of luck to you
