1. Are you sewing these clothes, or are you making t-shirts or something? If sewing, learn your craft well :) and possibly go to school.
2. WEAR your products. People will ask where you got it and you can potentially make a sale.
3. Get your friends to wear your products. Give them cards to hand out in case people ask.
4. The secret behind a successful clothing line is merchandising - getting your product out there to as many people as you can, as often as you can. Go to trade shows and conferences, network, join community organizations, make a website that features your clothing, etc.

I'm 13 years old, if this helps any. I like bright, happy colours. The patterns can't be too old person-y, you know? And not too, too busy. Brands for people my age are super important, probably most important. I tend to buy a lot of jeans and shirt. I like to choose from many different styles of shirts, from graphic tees to nice flow-y shirts. I mostly buy my jeans from one specific place, because I need jeans that are long and skinny.
