I use eye makeup remover on a cotton ball. It depends on the type of mascara really. Sometimes the waterproof kinds need oil-based makeup remover.

Use an eye makeup remover that is oil free like Mary Kay Eye Makeup Remover. It even removes waterproof mascara. Just click the link below.

Use an oil-free eye makeup remover, warm water, and a cotton ball (or cotton pad ... I use a pad.) Soak the cotton pad (or ball whichever you use) in warm water, then put the eye makeup remover on the cotton pad. Put it on your eye and let it sit there for about 10-15 seconds, and then gently swipe the cotton pad in towards your nose (that way, you're not pulling your eye out ... that causes bags under your eyes) it should come off with just a couple swipes.

Just use a foaming face wash, like Oil of Olay, and that takes off your eyemakeup and washes your face all at once. Unless you use waterproof mascara, and then you have touse eyemakeup remover to get it off. FYI, you shouldnt use waterproof mascara everyday, its too hard on your lashes.

I am thirteen and I use bath and body works Chamomile gentle eye make-up remover for all skin typed it cost around 14.00 and it last for years! Or you could get something from a drug store make sure it is oil free. All you do is apply with a cotton ball or pad, use a seprate pad for each eye. If it gets in you eye rinse it out with water. NEVER EVER RUB YOUR EYE WITH A WASH CLOTH!!!!! It will earitate you eye and make it red and soar. And you will get wrinkles same with dry your face after you wash you face take a dry wash cloth and gentley pat you face.

Just buy yourself a small jar of Ponds cold cream..........Put a little in your palm, size of a nickel, rub finger tips together with the cream and apply all over your face, making sure to keep your eyes closed...........with a nice warm rag, gently remove all of your make-up..........Then wash with soap and warm water, rinse, then pat dry and use an astringent with cotton ball all over face, (not eyes) rinse with warm water while pores are open, then rinse with cool-cold water to close pores.Make it a daily habit and your complexion will be beautiful.........good luck

I use a liquid mascara remover and I dip Q-tips, (a couple), in it then gently rub it over my eye lashes. Works like a charm.

Use eye make-up remover (I use L'Oreal or Pond's). Put enough amount in cotton and dab your lashes. Do this very gently so not to pull the skin below the eyes.

Eye makeup remover would be your best bet. It is gentler on your eyes than using any kinds of soaps. AVON has a gentle makeup remover that is pretty inexpensive
