Yeah, you don't want anything until he gets another girl...and then you say wait a minute, that was 1/2 of my stuff.
Talk to a divorce attorney before you say what you want and don't want to anyone!!!....protect yourself....don't tell him...that's for the attorney to do!

You can go to the courthouse and find out what papers you need and file them yourself......it will cost almost ntothing.....There is usually a filing fee for filing the papers and maybe small (under $100) court cost......you might can get them on line somewhere also.....Google "(your state) divorce forms" or something like that......Good Luck.....
Let him kick rocks......

Not really free but you CAN contact Family Services in your area and they would be able to assist you.....Meanwhile if he doesn't comply with you wanting the divorce you can contact the newspaper of the city he lives in and place a ad in the announcements section and if he doesn't respond within thirty days its an automatic dissolution of marriage.

Sadly, nothing is free. Depending on your income, you may be able to apply for a filing fee waiver. You can also pick up the necessary paperwork and fill it out yourself.
Good luck!
