1) Folder is a location on computer that contains at least one file, but can contain nothing.... (example, your Recycle bin)
File is a peice of information in a whole such as an mp3 file (example, Britneyspears.mp3)

2) copy-cut, well, doesn't really make sense. But, to copy is to make a duplicate of something, and to cut is to remove something.
copy paste on the other hand, is to copy something from one location (ie= a picture on a website) and pasting it to another location (ie= your school project)

3) internet surfing is going through websites and webpages looking at information, reading text, viewing pictures/videos
internet downloading is downloading installation files for programs from download sites, downloading music files, etc. something that you can have on your computer without visiting that website.

4) website is a compilation of webpages.
a webpage is a single page in a website.

Files are different from folders because a folder is where files are stored and a file is what goes in the folder.
Copy-cut and Copy-Paste are totally different and my mother is a computer scientist.
Internet browsing is different from Internet downloading because when you browse, you do things like searching or just looking through a website. Internet downloading is like when you download a picture.
Websites are full things like a network. Webpages are part of a site.

PS: Sorry for not knowing the difference for #2.

Folders hold files.

copy-cut, cuts the item completley and moves it, copy-paste, copies and leaves the original item, then you can paste it.

surfing is just looking through web sites, and downloading is putting stuff on you computer

a website contains web pages... web page is just one page of the entire website.
