Last night I was in my apartment and found some metal washers. That some workers must have left that day when they working in my apt. Will I got this idea to stick them on my nipples. So I pull my nipples through the holes and got them hard. I have really big nipples and long. I thought they look like big nipple rings. I don't know what I was thinking but I left them on and fell a sleep. Well when I woke up for work this morning they were still on but my nipples where ten times the size of the hole. I tried to pull them off but they were stuck. I pull as hard as I could to get them off but they wouldn't come off. I finally I had to give up and go to work. I put my bra on and got dress and went to work. I work in a office. My nipples were so hard and hurt all day. I tried at every break to get them off and at lunch. I felt like everyone could tell my nipples were hard. I got home and have been trying to get them off but there stuck. I don't wont to go to the ER I mean how would I explain them. Does anyone have any idea how I can get them off.

Had something similar happen to me but with nipple shields, the trouble with women like us with BIG nipples is that when we are turned on they get really big and what has happened because you were not hard before you put them on is that when your nipples got hard they filled with blood and of course have swollen now the blood can't get out again, try ice not just on the nipple but all over your breasts, I put lots of ice in the kitchen sinks and added water and poped my breasts in left them in there as long as I could stand to when I pulled them out they came off with ease

Well grab some ice lay on your back to try to get the blood flow away from that area and apply the ice when they start to sting put on a warmed cloth then a bunch or laundry detergent or liquid fabric softener or at last resort some dawn dish soap try to move the washers around to work the fluid under them then try to work them off by pushing one side up and then work the other instead of pulling. You want the blood to work under the washers so you don't push all the blood to the tip. It may be a long hurting process but they will release. Then take some ibuprofen to help reduce the swelling. Good Luck!

put ice on your nipples to make the blood that is trapped there leave, then use petrolium jelly or any other lubricant safe for sensitive skin and gently try to get the washers off. if this doesnt work, you do need to go to the ER before you cause any real damage, if the swelling gets worse you could be in some real pain. People in the ER see strange emergencys every day, don't loose a nipple over imbarresment.

Cold will make them harder so try warm compress and baby oil or dish soap. At this point it sounds as if they are really swollen if you can't get them off as upsetting as a trip to the ER might be I would head that way ASAP, I believe that going without blood flow too long as with most extremities can cause serious problems and if you wait too long they may have to do surgery and remove the nipples.

I hope you can either get them off yourself or get medical attention soon. Good Luck to you.

Apply some oil or baby lotion all around generously and try to pry them off.
If that doesnt work use a garden tool cutter like a weed cutter or something similiar to cut open the washer, be careful though. you wouldnt want to cut your nipple.

This happens because the washers restricted the blood flow to your nipples, causing them to swell.

I had a similiar experience with a ring that was too small. I put it on, but my finger was swollen and i had to use a plier to cut the ring open.

Best of luck.
Be careful

I would try cutting off the washers.

Other than that, if none of the above suggestions work, you've definitely got to see a doctor about this. If you choose the ER, don't worry, stranger things in stranger places are frequently seen.

You'll have to find a friend with some side cutting pliers and very carefully snip through each side of the washer so they will fall off.
You should go to a doctor, if circulation stops for too long you risk gangrene, and that would not be pleasant!!

Either apply ice on them to cool them down or call a plummer with a really tiny saw to cut the washers in half. He will charge you extra for that but hey, it's your health and well-being after all.

I have never been through something like this, but, try to put olive oil on them, this should enable them to slip off pretty easy. Take your time, don't rush. I do this when a ring is too tight for my finger. It seems to work just fine. Or just soak it in warn water, and olive oil. Wow, you are freaky!

if they are stuck on your nipples go to the ER or a doctor...i mean what if you end up losing the feel in them...or they don't ever come off? I know its embarassing but go to the Doc. :)
