Yes. Always. But never too much of eithger. Don't draw thick lines and don't put on more than two coats.

o ya, if u only wear eyeliner it also luks good but when u only wear mascara it kinda spills and doesn't luk good but it varies from girl to girl, for me i prefer wither just eyeliner or eyeliner & mascara
