no i haven't seen anyone with them. i'm just watching silance of the lambs and he has them and the make up people did that for a reason.

Of course not. You can't tell a mental illness by looking at someone's eye...any more than you can tell if someone has appendicitis by looking at their shoe strings. It doesn't work that way. If it did...it wouldn't take a jury to find someone not guilty by reason of insanity. All the prison doctors would have to do, is look into their eyes.
