I play defensive end for my high school. I'm 5'6", 150 lbs., right now I'm 3rd string, and havn't played ONE damn play for 4 straight games. I bust my balls in practice, and I lift weights and run 2 miles every other day. I need a good website, advise, technique, etc, that will help me become a better player and get the coaches to notice me.

.You are kinda small for a DE. Have you (or the coaches) tried you out at another position? Maybe a RB? At your height, that would seem like the obvious position.
Then a safety or cornerback. Remember...your still growing and continue to workout, that will always help tremendously, and the coaches (if they are any good) will find the proper fit for you.
Good luck
