Well, I put half a teaspoon of sugar in my cup of tea every morning! I don't like it to be too sweet, too bitter, or too light... I prefer a strong cup of tea! :-)

The chinese think we are crazy here in America. We boil our tea to make it hot. Put ice in it to make it cold. We put lemon in tea to make it sour. And THEN we put sugar or sweet in low in our tea to make it sweet.
I put splenda in mine or drink it without.

No,my mum had a stroke because of sugar and fats.I stopped using pure sugar many years ago.I use one sweetener.
