No. It's a well known scam! Ignore and delete it!

Note the spelling mistakes, African agent?? with a UK yahoo address??

The Postal Code is actually Sutton Court Road ... there is no such address as 'Baley House, Har Road' (from the map, it looks as if the post code is that of the Police HQ in Sutton!)

It is just a person or person's who want to steal your identity sweaty. There is no prize. Think back, did you enter a contest? No? Then, how could they even draw your name? NEVER send anyone your personal information online. If you must buy something online, make sure that there is a little pad lock symbol in the bottom right corner of the window, otherwise don't do it. When you send information on the internet, it can not only be seen by the reciever, it can also be seen by every tecnician that has to review that data. Also, there are hackers that can see anything you send ddigitally too. Be very careful!

I would say no. I get letters like this all the time and they are all fakes. I'm sure if you gave them this information they would then ask you for more personal info, ie Account Number, SSN
